The Information We Collect

SouthEastern Evaluation, LLC collects nonpublic personal information (NPI) that has been voluntarily provided by you in a loan application. We collect only that information that is necessary to process your appraisal request.  Information collected may include name, address, telephone number, credit card information.
 

Disclosure of Customer Information

SouthEastern Evaluation, LLC takes the privacy of our customers very seriously. We will not sell or otherwise provide customer nonpublic personal information to any third parties for marketing purposes.


Safeguarding NPI

SouthEastern Evaluation, LLC has technological and operational security policies and procedures in place to protect customer information from loss, mishandling or unintentional misuse. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect nonpublic personal information submitted to use, both during transmission and once we receive it.

 
No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially accepted means to protect nonpublic personal information entered on our website, we cannot and do not guarantee its absolute security.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be received prior to property inspection in order to receive full refund. If a cancellation request is made after property inspection, the entire appraisal fee will charged to the credit card provided.

 

Delivery Policy

Appraisal Order will be delivered within 14 business days after the order being processed.

 
Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify or amend this Privacy Policy at any time.  Changes will be made immediately to the website.
