Payment Processing

We process credit card payments via our secure, encrypted network and

pay all bank-processing fees.

Loan Officer is able to collect payment at point of sale to commit loan prospect.

We eliminate appraisal fee accounting for the lender.

Our appraisers are not paid until report is done.

Important Notice to Appraisers 
We prefer to have all appraisers set up with direct deposit to receive their payment. If you are still receiving a paper check and call to request a reissue of the check, please be advised the $35 stop payment fee will be deducted from the reissue. If you have two, we will require you to go to the direct deposit method for payment. Effective immediately.
