HVCC Compliance

All appraisals ordered through SouthEastern Evaluation are conducted via an arms length, independent process, which meets or exceeds federal appraiser independence regulations.

Each completed appraisal report is accompanied by a Certificate of Non-Influence and is HVCC Compliant. It clearly states that the appraisal was assigned by our independent process and completed without third party influence.
